Privacy Policy 🌿

Heard — Track it. Print it. Be heard.

Last updated: August 2026

The short version: your health story belongs to you. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't share your information with anyone except the services that make the app work. You can see, export, or permanently delete everything at any time.

What we collect

Heard stores the information you choose to log so it can build your history, patterns, and doctor reports:

We collect nothing you don't type or tap in yourself. Every field is optional — log what you're comfortable with.

How your information is used

That's the whole list. We do not sell your data, rent it, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers — ever.

Who else touches your data

Heard runs on trusted service providers, each handling only what's needed to operate the app:

What Heard is not

Heard organizes the information you log. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or replace medical care. Reports are tools to support conversations with your own clinician.

Your controls

Security

Your data is protected with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and database rules ensure only you — signed into your account — can access your information.

Children

Heard is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll note it here with a new "last updated" date.
